Grass fed and finished all Natural Galloway beef. We follow organic practices and our animals have plenty of room to roam. We only sell whole, 1/2 or 1/4 (1/2 of 1/2) processed at Lower Valley Processing. We take orders for end of February and end of July each year.

Apples and pears starting in August every year.
